I had carpet installed 7/23. They did a good job but we had a water problem. I made an appointment for 7/29 for carpet to be restretched, not only did nobody show up, but nobody called and store was closed. We waited for two hours then went on with our day. I tried to call but only got fax machine so drove down to store on Tuesday 8/2 and was told Fernando was in meeting for 20 minutes and would call me back. It has been 3 days and not one return call , either about missed appt or about my visit. If you want to be Ghosted, definitely go with Fernandos. If you want real service, try another shop!

Fernando's sucks promised to have my Bathroom remodel in 2 weeks. During this time they were gone 2/12 days with nothing being done. Now it's been 5 weeks, they still have not installed our shower door that's been here for 2 weeks which means no use of our shower. Also we were quoted a price of $4,900 for a complete bathroom remodel which we paid. The work was started with them removing the sink, toilet, tiles and other amenities. While they were slow but very good at what they did. So, when the third week came around and it was not finished we were told that we owed an additional $1,200 for additional work we had them do in the bathroom. I feel that if they remove the old toilet, sink, and other amenities why would we not want these old items that were removed and replaced back into the bathroom. I feel this owner/ business is not reputable and you should be very weary of it. I guess it's just Blythe where we have to settle. Never again will I do business with them again.
