I have paid 2600$ for diagnostics, and they just suggested me to replace the engine (19000$ + labor). They have checked valves clearance, fuel injectors and turbo charger, and did video inspection of my cylinders. Unfortantley, i got nothing about this diagnostics - no cylinder photos (they just told me its damaged), no compression values (they told me, sensors shows low compression), no oil pressure value (they told me that oil pressure sensor shows low pressure, but on my dashboard oil pressure was in normal operation range). After the diagnostics, they told me that they didn’t want to repair my truck, and they could just replace the engine. I just share my experience, you can use it how advice or you can use it just for information.

I had an issue with a dealer location not having a part for my rig. Was told the part I needed was on 2 months plus backorder. So I called around and numerous drivers mentioned Ferox. I called and was near end of their work day. Yet they took the time to check. They had the part I needed. I had difficulty getting that part to the truck dealer in question. But Ferox understood my plight and delivered the part to the dealer for me. I can't thank your shop enough. You saved my tookis. Why I didn't go to Ferox in the first place is my list of repairs involves warranty work. So I had to go to the dealer for that issue. But believe me. I will remember your shop for all my other upcoming issues. Thank you so much.

Little bit expensive, but overall solid work. I don't trust most shops but I am very comfortable bringing my truck to them. The head mechanic knows alot about trucks and always willing to answer questions even when super busy. I'll go out of my way or wait in line to have them work on my truck. Thank you for keeping me rolling.
