Ok. Booked the Chef’s event. “Disastrous” event befell the chef.. so was offered a nice alternative experience… Ok, we dealt with it. We’re “actively encouraged” to join the premier wine club… and did… but only to be told three hours later by phone “we don’t deliver” to our state.
Thanks for being SO on your game before ruining our experience with your multiple vineyards. Thanks Mr. Foley. Great example of “winning”.
Horrible customer service but beautiful property.
A group of four of us came here to celebrate my Wife’s birthday. It was a Saturday and we came at 1 PM for a tasting. Our group asked for espressos. Our waiter was under the impression that they did not have any type of coffee. I mentioned I had been here last month and had it. He went and spoke with his manager. When he came back he said they had coffee and not espresso. We told him 3 black coffees would be just fine. He then came back and said it was a “hard no” and that they could not bring us coffee.
Management should be ashamed of themselves and they should be fired immediately.
We will never come back. There are so many better experiences in the area.
