I ordered a suit specifically for today and the owner has not a care in the world to reply. Instead the day of I get a text saying my suit has been refunded without a word from anyone. Definitely don’t recommend

I saw this great looking Fedora on a lady here in Austin. I asked her "where did you get that hat?!" he directed me to the Ferrecci website. OS many great choices and super prices. I ordered a burgundy Fedora to match a cool jacket I have. When it arrived just a few days later I was very impressed. What a quality product. Its gorgeous. I feel like a million bucks wearing it. Already have received many compliments. Thanks Sam and Ferrecci!

Ordered 5 shirts on September 3 and sent many emails, texts and made many phone calls. To find out where and status on my order and get nothing but the run around. Seems like they like your money but want to give you nothing even in customer service
