Wow, I just can't say enough good things about Joseph Ferris! Over the 3-day weekend, we had a hot water heater emergency and needed someone to help us. Joe came out over the weekend, assessed the situation and was able to order a part and turn our water back on. He made a follow up visit to install the part and then we had hot water! He is the best and lives locally in Mission Viejo, so that's a plus.

Joe Ferris Plumbing was great. I had a toilet leak recently and Joe came out the same day and replaced it. He was professional, easy to communicate with and very reasonable with pricing. Will use again and I definitely recommend.

My new plumber! Joe went above and beyond same day water heater service to keep my family with hot water, has completed a few projects for me, and I could not be happier. A plumber that is this professional is not common in my experience. Reasonable prices, cause let's face it, you get what you pay for. Plumbing is something I like done right once! Joe is a keeper!
