Horrible customer service! The “person” I spoke to in the Zoom call in the lobby gave conflicting information to whats on their website and given when calling a rep. Her name started with a P and clearly didn’t understand the difference between a recontribution and a deposit. Just call customer service, its less of a pain than going to this branch.
