Ordered an expensive Arrangement of flowers for a close friend in Friday harbor and the arrangement looked absolutely nothing like the arrangement I picked online. It looked like the just threw a bunch of flowers in there and called it done. Very disappointed with what my friend got for the amount of money I paid.
