I had the opportunity to take a tour of this facility a few months back. I’m hesitant to believe some of these negative reviews as my interactions with the staff and residents were quite pleasant. Everyone I encountered was professional and residents were very friendly. The facilities were impressive. They had several amenities I had not expected including a restaurant with actual order off menus. Most facilities I have visited typically have just preset menus which reminds me of grade school. They take cleanliness very seriously and have spared no expense ensuring both staff and residents are safe from infections and minimizing any outbreaks. Final word. Do not make any decision based on my review except to visit this place for yourself. I take my reviews of businesses very seriously and hope you see for yourself what a SUPER team they have.
