I went in on Jan. 26 and bought a recliner. I explained that I needed one that was smooth on the seat because of my fibromyalgia. The employee was very helpful and nice. The chair was delivered a couple of days later. Three or four days after I got the chair I noticed that the seat part was getting wrinkles in but I didn't pay any attention. Then it got worse and worse until in the middle of the top part of the seat there were 2 deep creases with a bunched up place in the middle. It was very uncomfortable for me to sit in. I called the store was informed that there was nothing that could be done, they would not take it back or even try to fix it and why didn't I just put a pillow in the seat. So I am now stuck with a defective chair that cost $570. I was not informed of any of this when I got the chair. I will never go back there again.

Purchased a queen size bed for our guest room shortly after moving to Sequim 2 years ago. Come back to replace our old sofa & recliner with fresh new leather pieces! And recently replaced the mattress on our king bed. Prices are affordable & service is always very friendly! So happy to have quality furnishings nearby!

I purchased a very nice bedroom set a few weeks ago. I was told the warehouse had all the pieces. I called to check on delivery and was told the dresser was out of stock until December!! Naturally I was upset. A man named Ken told me he would work on the issue. This morning I stopped in to find out the status. He had found a dresser and was ready to set up delivery, he was kind and courteous. He understood my frustration. Most importantly he fixed the issue and had a good attitude about it. As a small business owner in town I understand things happen. It’s how you fix the issues that matters. Thank you Ken!!
