I decided it was time to get my affairs in order so after some research I decided on using Filippi Law Firm to prepare my Will and Living Trust. I found this firm to be very professional yet still unpretentious with a nice intimate feel to it. After my first visit the Front office person Katrina new me by name and always greeted me with a friendly smile. I worked primarily with Jennifer Prioriello, an Associate Attorney at the firm and found her to be very knowledgeable and addressed all my questions promptly and professionally. Very easy to work with. The communication was top notice as they promptly returned my phone calls and always sent nice reminders of upcoming appointments.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Filippi Law Firm, P.C. to assist my mother in creating her will and Power of Attorney (POA). Jennifer Prioriello, in particular, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Katrina Lockhart was also very responsive to our appointment changes, making the process even smoother. Jen helped us figure out the nuances of the different state laws to help with setting up the will and distribution to family members. She found issues with our previous will/trust that were corrected and offered updates to the new laws. We are very pleased with the final product and my mother feels that her wishes have been heard and met.
