It’s always a great experience with this guys at the Toyota service center in downtown Spokane. The guys are always super nice and do their best to help with everything. I love that they offer a ride back home and after to pickup your vehicle. Super convenient. And they’re always fast too! Being going here for years and we’re very happy with their service. Everyone we talk to or see there is very nice and helpful. Thank you!!

Kyler was great!!! He made sure the parts that were getting ready to install were the correct pats. He walked me back to the service area to inspect the parts to make sure they were the correct ones. The entire experience was fantastic . From making the appointment and getting me within 2 days to complete the repairs. Thank you !!!

I've called multiple times and the phone just keeps ringing. This last time it rang for almost 15 mins without an answer or voicemail option. I've made sure I called during business hours and I understand being busy but I'm trying to schedule an appointment for a recall safety issue with my car so I'm just going somewhere else I guess.
