I spent roughly 40 minutes with Phil Silcher of the law firm of Findley & Silcher. I discussed a worker's comp claim regarding my adult daughter and asked whether he felt we had a solid case worth pursuing. While ultimately he counseled that it would be an uphill and potentially time-consuming process, he explained in very clear terms what the legal risks are and why my daughter's particular situation was a hard one to win. While it was not the answer I was hoping for, Mr. Silcher was candid, very professional, caring and patient with all my questions.
