Horrible! They are lightly staffed if at all. They make it seem like your getting such a discount for these "fine rugs" but in fact they are just priced at a ridiculous amount hence why they can afford to do 70% off. Total scam. Nice try Macy's. I'll take my money where it counts.

The sales colleague, Abdul is lovely to work with and very knowledgeable. Great selection as well! I did notice that the prices were high, but the discount percentages were high as well. I think that is the rug business in general, not specific to Macys.
