Andrew did an amazing job on our floors. We were going to replace our pergo floor but he turned our floor back to brand new, thus saving us a lot money. He was knowledgeable, kind, professional and showed us what product to use to maintain our floors. We were so satisfied with his service that I text of few my friends to tell them about him.

In January of 2020, we adopted a tiny 3-lb. puppy. Little did we realize the havoc this stubborn chihuahua would wreak on our carpets as she refused to comply with her potty-training regimen. Over one year later, I have had our carpets cleaned 3 times, with the last time resulting in even worse visible stains, as the urine apparently seeped up out of the padding and back into the carpet after a less-than-stellar cleaning job by the last company I used. When Andrew promptly at the appointed time, he diagnosed the problem right away and proposed his plan of attack. He spent over 3 hours tackling the worst problem area with his array of tools. The area now looks almost as good as new! He promised to return at no charge if there were any signs of the stains re-appearing. I am super-impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of his work and will recommend him to anyone who has carpets in need of some TLC.

This is our second time using Andrew's service. We are extremely happy about the outcome of our rugs and carpet. Looks new and smells great again. We will definitely recommend his company to our friends and family and use his services again in the future.
