Stopped here to pick up some of their skillets and they were closed, Lucky after calling someone opened the door. Super friendly staff but very over priced considering they are owned by a main stream company. Nevertheless good quality product

I just received a Finex 12 inch cast iron pan and lid! Aaron at Finex shipped it out same day to my General Delivery address in Apache Junction AZ and boom, two days later it arrived artfully packaged and in perfect shape.
On Thanksgiving Day I received an email alerting me if I bought a pan I’d get a sauce pan free in the bargain.
Oh my gosh—- I’d ordered the day before Thanksgiving, so I guess I was out of luck!
I contacted Finex and told my story of the premature order.
Well guess what? They sent me the sauce pan the same day!!!
What a response, so fast, so sensitive, so customer focused. Wonderful!
