Great experience with the group that was there on a Saturday morning. Had to exchange size on a online order. My 4yr old already cut the shoe box up and they still helped me out! Thanks!

I went there today with my wife to buy sneakers for my granddaughter and was very surprised to learn that there is don't military discount but I was treated fair and with respect to not only did I buy my granddaughter a pair of sneakers I got a pair for my wife as well.
We sure would have loved a military discount maybe this policy will change some day.

I did not have a very good experience here. When I first walked in, I was greeted politely by a woman asking if I needed any help with anything. I did not need any help at the time but I had found a sweatshirt I wanted to try on so I walked up to her and asked her if there was a changing room. She very rudely said “That’s why I asked you if you needed help early but noooo”. So then she proceeds to shove and throw a ton of boxes out of the way of the changing room and leaves me with absolutely no space to shove into the door. I enter the changing room and it’s packed with a ton of stuff and I have NO space to change. I was forced to be shoved up against a table with racks hanging over my head and I just want to get the heck out of there. I would not recommend this place. Good clothes and shoes, but very bad customer service.
