Finishing Touch Auto Detailing is the best place for you to bring your vehicle. The owner details the cars himself at his garage and he does unbelievable work in short time. I recently brought my friends desperate car in that hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. Finishing Touch transformed the car into its like new condition. I couldn't believe my eyes. Look no further, this is the place to bring your vehicle.

Beware of these thieves!!!!! This place is a rip off... I bought a groupon but it expired as they don't answer their phone ever. Finally I was able to get hold of them after 9 months of buying the groupon and as soon as I told them I have a groupon they said no appointment available. Then I called again after sometime posing a different person, took an appointment as thy had it available for 'anytime' next week. I went there and told them that I have an expired groupon but I would like to get compete detailing done and they said $100 WITH the groupon. When I went back to take my car the guy changed the story and said $100 on top of the groupon... I was furious but I said okay I my a heard it wrong. It was almost the closing time to I sad to leave but as soon as I drive a couple miles I realized that they had nothing inside the car apart from shampooing the carpet. Seats were still dirty, stains were their, and the dashboard wasn't even vacuumed once. I then found out the quarters that I had in my car were gone (worth $10) then next I learnt it was low on gas, I had it at more than half the tank when I left it there, then to add to my misery the charger was missing too... Here are some of the photos of the inside of the cars... These guys are crooks DO NOT BUY THEIR GROUPONS!!!! I am amazed how groupon is still associated with them after so many complaints... I wish somebody files a lawsuits against them and get this disgusting place closed!! These people are cheats and do not deserve any business!!!!! They do not even talk to their customers politely!!!! Somebody please shut them down!!

These people are the rudest men I have ever come across in my life! I can't believe they are still in business. My car was dirty and full of dog hair which we discussed on the phone, I said I would be happy to pay extra, but since I didn't have a ride could you do my car first. We were joking and laughed and then he suggested I not buy the Groupon just pay them the same price so they make more money, whatever. I got there and he saw the car got mad said I would pay extra, I said "I know it was discussed" and would I go first since I am waiting, his answer was "why should I, you have a coupon" NICE! He said he could guarantee I would be last and it would take about 8 hours. Good thing I hadn't bought the coupon! I suggest no one else do the same, they only want to clean, clean cars!! His partner was just as rude to me and made me tear up on the way home, is that necessary when you are in the business of customer service?
