First Memorial Funeral Services in North Vancouver helped us organize a beautiful graveside ceremony and Celebration of Life for my husband. Every detail was perfectly implemented. It was so nice to have videos and photo albums afterwards providing memories for our family that will last forever.

Our experience with setting up pre-arranged, end of life services was such a smooth and easy process. Kjersti, was awesome! She came to our home for our first appointment and explained the options with cremation. We then wished to see the Ossuary she spoke of, so on our second visit we went in person. Kjersti greeted us, asked us if we needed anything and had our presentation up on the screen. The facilities were clean, the grounds were well maintained. The Ossuary was in such a gorgeous location, situated in a garden near the fountain. After we were done with all the formalities, Kjersti took us down to see the beautiful Koi Pond inside the main building with a fish I hear is over 30 years old. Kjersti never rushed us in the decision process and made us feel our time was important to her. The receptionist who greeted us was so calm and willing to assist. They took the awkwardness of being at a funeral home and setting up services and made us feel at ease. We would highly recommend this facility.
