It was a lot of information in a ten minute window. The young woman that helped was very nice and said if we have any issues, questions, etc.... to feel free to come back when we have more time to complete setup.

I just bought another truck with Finn and it was the fastest experience I’ve had to date at a dealership. Thanks Michael white for helping me out!

On my way to a recent business trip, my diesel Ram with just 47k miles broke down just outside Quartzite, AZ. I was towed to FINN in Blythe, CA where I was given the bad news of a recent recall that basically meant a new motor and fuel system. The service team noted a few other vehicles with my engine that where waiting on parts around the country...some sitting for 6 months due to parts shortages. While stuck at FINN I happened to find a closeout 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie sitting in the back lot with just 6 miles on it. 6.4l Hemi gasser 4x4 with an offroad package in Billet Silver in the upper echelon of trim levels. (the vehicle I was trading in was also a Laramie in full trim so I knew what to expect) The price had been dropped to a reasonable amount with rebates to boot. (this exact same vehicle in my local market is over $12k more retail, with less rebates) With my business trip cancelled, I headed back to my home north of Prescott AZ. I thought about my vehicle stuck 5 hours away for months and even went as far as to get a quote to have it transported to my local dealership for the repairs. (my warranty covered towing to the nearest dealership of the breakdown, it would be another $1400 to get it to my location) I called FINN and spoke with Rudy. He had been kind enough to entertain and chat with myself and another couple on their way to Canada who had also broken down the day I was there for nearly 10 hours. He brought around a few vehicles that day for us to look at and admire, none where the 2500 I looked at. We spoke about the situation and that everything would be covered under warranty and he had his manager look at my very well kept vehicle with the sadly destroyed engine. They came back with an offer that was just slightly below book, but acceptable, especially in a situation where one owns a large piece of property and uses a truck more often than a car. He began the paperwork on a Friday and told me he would be there first thing in the morning Saturday if I'd like to come down the hill to sign paperwork. I arrived in Blythe just shy of 0900 and we began the document process. He gave me the keys to take the 2500 for a spin and to clean out my old vehicle. I drove the town limits of Blythe...about ten minutes back and forth, and was hooked on this regular unleaded behemoth with an angry growl between two massive towing axles larger than most military vehicles. By lunch the documents where ready for signature. We headed to lunch in Ehrenburg, AZ and completed the final signatures and grabbed some truck-stop food. (I'm an AZ resident, so signing in California would cause some tax issues) I scooted back up Yarnell hill with gobs of power shifting smoothly through an 8 speed transmission that always seemed to be in the right gear. The truck is a massive powerhouse that rivals the big diesel cummins in torque and fuel consumption...only you pay $2 less at the pump per gallon, have no DEF to worry about, no particulate filter that will have to be cut off and replaced at some point...and oil, filters, plugs and maintenance items are easier to come by. The motor may only last 1/3 to 1/2 as long, but if your like me, you work from home and drive 1-2 times a week, with several vehicles to choose from...and are more likely to change your oil annually vs the 5-6000 miles between intervals. I would rate this Dealership, and my new dealer friend Rudy 5 stars. The price of the vehicle was shockingly lower than what I would have been able to get in my hometown. Rudy was gracious, witty, and willing to shop around for finance that fit my requests. He knew I travelled a distance to see him and made my idle time short. I would buy again from FINN and Rudy if he's there when I go to purchase this monster's replacement. Great Job FINN!...and thank you for turning around a bad week without too much extra pain.
