Very skilled and knowledgeable, expedient service, very reasonable pricing, reliable, and great customer service. Came in for significant repairs on my daily driver. Eric & Rob worked with me to accommodate my schedule since the repairs would leave me without a vehicle for a few days. Eric gave me a ride home and even picked me up! I had several quotes for these repairs and Fircrest Automotive was by far the best one. I feel safe as a woman doing business here and feel like I am treated fairly and honestly. This will be my regular automotive shop since they can perform all types of repair and diagnostics. 10/10 would recommend.
Best repair shop I have been too. My insurance company was being very difficult. But this team here got me right. Walked me through the policy of what I signed up for and fixed my car in a matter of days dropped off Thursday evening and fixed by Monday. Where I usually wait for months to get it fixed. My new car shop!
