We had a wonderful experience with Fircrest Hearth & Home. After shopping around at multiple locations, not only did Fircrest H&H have the best customer service and products, but they also had great ideas of how to make it work with our existing fireplace, and very reasonable prices. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Christian and Wade are both very knowledgable and kind, and the installation team was quick and courteous. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

After visiting every fireplace shop I could find, I was fortunate enough to come upon Fircrest Hearth and Home. The man who attended to us was named Wade. I had many questions ranging from wood-burning fireplace selection to installation, how to move heat around our house and to avoid dirty glass. Wade was wonderfully helpful and took all the time we needed to help us feel secure about our purchase. He helped us select a model that would best fit our heating needs and aesthetic preferences. Fircrest's prices were better than local competitors that we visited based on the same models. After running our fireplace for a couple months we can attest that Wade certainly pointed us in the right direction. We love our new fireplace. We couldn't have been more please with the experience.

Wade at Fircrest Hearth &Home is an absolute pleasure to work with. He goes out of his way to help his customers out. He is honest, caring and an all around respectable guy. He has my highest praises. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a grill!
