A horrible experience. The old standards have dropped significantly. Meat on the sandwich tasted funny Servers were less than friendly and the store was dirty looking. Yikes! Sad. Use to love that place.

Our first experience here was great! They welcomed us at the door. I told them we've never been here before and the lady taking orders (Saphire) offered suggestions. She was super friendly to us and other customers the whole time we were there. She even checked on us to make sure our food was good and our experience was good. Food came out fast. Restaurant is clean. Great selection of chips and drinks. I was worried it would be just like Subway, but it wasn't anything like it. Cool decorations.
