Sorry that this review is two years late. My home was part of the 2018 Woolsey disaster. Lots of construction and lots of stress. A new fireplace needed to be installed. I started the shopping process. I was so overwhelmed by the first few places i went due to the high pressure sales and inaccurate information the given me by the sales representatives...fortunately I found Conejo Valley Fireplace and Ari!!! He was amazing! Took his time to gather information from me first so he knew where to start. I am in love with my fireplace. It looks fantastic and works even better. We purchased a gas log system for our condo and we are very happy with the product and their service! The installer was right on time and the gas logs warm the living room so well, like having an extra furnace.
Sean was very good with following up with other information that we needed.
