My bed was comfortable, and for the location, surprisingly quiet. Being able to sleep well while traveling is the most important thing for me, so I was quite happy. It's a great location for a beach/boardwalk holiday and two parking spaces were provided per room booked. This is critical near the beach. We were hosting our son's wedding (with many people, cars and logistics). In the process we lost a set of car keys which meant we left a vehicle in their lot after it should have been moved. Even so, they allowed us to keep our cars in the their parking lot after check-out the next day, giving us time to host our out of town guests. The best things about this motel are location, price, comfy bed, and quiet at night. It is a well used motel needing cosmetic upgrades, improved cleaning and maintenance. However, these things take a back seat compared to the willingness of the staff to make accommodations for their guests and the positives I've listed. We would definitely stay again. Positive: "" Negative: It is on a steep and narrow hill. It is not handicap friendly. The rooms are small with no toilet paper holder and no coffee. Vending machine was out of water.

Positive: Of how close it was to the boardwalk. Negative: What i didn?t like was, there was construction going on in the room next to me. Plus the power didn?t work so I was not able to turn on the ac.
