They did not refill fluids, send me a receipt and did not perform the commentary 16 point inspection. I have had better service at Jiffy Lube and Thanks to this experience that is were I going to go next time. I would also like to add front desk person was very rude and shouldn't be working with customers.

Will never go to the downtown store again. The guy at the desk on June 16th, 2024, was an absolute jack a.. how can any company have someone like him running the front counter.... I will always take my business to the valley store. The gentleman there was very helpful and kind we were in and out with our tire in less than 20 minutes....

Sorry to hear of other people's experiences...though I am happy to say mine was not the same! Both times they fit me in last minute and the work performed was done correctly. (Alignments both times) My only complaint, which will not affect my review, is the location. Downtown Spokane SUCKS! Thanks Firestone!
