After trying to get a tire warrantied at 2 other Firestone locations (one cancelled the appt when I showed up due to lack of employees and 1 didn’t have the tire), I was sent to Mill Creek to get the tire replaced. They were nice enough to fit me in immediately after being referred by Everett, but after being told over the phone by another location, and in person in Everett, that the tire would be warrantied, I was told it wouldn’t be since I hadn’t gotten the tires rotated and alignment checked at Firestone- even though I’d had all that done through the dealership. If I hadn’t needed the tire replaced right then because of a trip, I would have gone somewhere else - but this is the last time I’ll ever get any work done at Firestone
Took almost 3 hrs to change 1 single tire. 3 hrs!!!. Idk if it was cuz I opted to take the "courtesy alignment check" or whatever. But 3 hrs. Cmon. Never coming here again On top of all this, I asked someone to check how much longer, she said she'd check, never did. Had to ask another guy to check.
