I needed a diagnosis on my 2015 RAV4. Booked through car advise. They had openings while all other firestones were booked, they got me in the next day. Poor startup after engine was at operating temp. They spent 2 hours looking for the problem and found it. I am very relieved. The issue was 2 of my coil packs were not allowing the spark plugs to fire properly as they are the originals at 165k miles. They were very professional, nice, and accommodating, thoroughly explaining what the issue was and showing me parts. I am very pleased with the results. Thank you so much!

Went to Firestone for active tire damage, which included rapid air loss, and they told me they could get me in "tomorrow or the next day." I called Midas, and they got me in within literal minutes, and were so kind. Go to Midas!
