My loyalty to them grew after a bad experience at another large car service company that not only ripped me off but also failed to notice a cut in my tire after servicing my car. With my car now 11 years old and 143k miles strong, I know I can count on Firestone to keep her safely up to par for my travels within Washington and Oregon.
Firestone's service duration and pricing have always been reasonable, unlike the previous company I used to go to. Most of the time, my car is in the capable hands of Kyle Wolden. Understanding my position as a single-income person, Kyle knows I do not have unlimited funds to spend on my car. Yet, he ensures my car is safe for me to drive through all seasons. I greatly appreciate how he provides feedback after inspections and reviews the courtesy check with me, helping me understand what was noticed during the inspection. Kyle’s heads-up on potential future expenses allows me to financially prepare, and I value the straightforwardness from him.
