One of the last two places around with integrity. Always do quality work and strive to fix things that maybe problematic regardless of the work being done. Alex and Weston just to name two are amazing! I strongly and highly suggest going nowhere else other than Firestone and I prefer the one here right by the mall.

I made an appointment at the Columbia center blvd store to change out my tires which are very bad. 2 days out. I left work early to get this done. I arrive and the kid behind the counter tells me they can’t do it. All the guys in the back were screwing around. No wonder. I drove a long way to get there. This cost me a lot. I WILL NEVER SHOP with Firestone EVER AGAIN. I should have just went to Discount Tire. When they say they’ll get something done, whether it’s an online appt or over the phone, they do And they’re cheaper and faster. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH Firestone. Go to DISCOUNT TIRE about 2 miles behind them.

Violet and the guys at Firestone were seriously lifesavers for us tonight! We were at tryouts for Impact! percussion in Kennewick when we heard that a young person we know from Columbians Drum and Bugle Corps was there with a flat tire. He's from Portland and it's a Sunday so we knew we needed to act fast. They were closing but Violet told us to head over after we got some air in the tire. Once we got there they were super nice, explained to him what was going on with the tire and they got him on the road very quickly. Thanks again!!
