I called them to get to get a quote for a part for my Camry, A lady answered my call but she didn’t respond to me properly with the information I want and she dropped the call without saying anything.
Note : poor customer service.

I have been a happy and regular customer of Firestone for couple of years now. All my cars and I have been taken care well by Firestone till this day. Looks like either they have too many customers or very few mechanics. Yesterday, I wanted the oil change for my car and was there at 7.30 in the morning and there were three people ahead of me. I understand that one will be forced to operate with certain limitations when the resources are stretched. These limitations can be well explained to the customers and customer will anyway make their choice. The person behind the counter was quite unprofessional and was to some extent rough in conveying his limitations!

Christina was professional and very knowledgeable. I had to make an emergency trip out of town the following day and she was very understanding to my issue and really helped relieve my stress by handling everything in a very timely manner!
