My alternator and battery went out they replaced it. I ended up going back to Firestone 3 times when they said it was fixed. Every time my battery light would come on. The 2nd time I went in they had my car out and done for about 2 hours before they told me it was done. The last time I went in they said that the computer wasn’t registering it was ok to drive back to my house in Olympia. I then pushed and asked for more information come to find out that the MCC wasn’t working I asked what that was and they couldn’t tell me. So we needed up bringing it to the dealer to get fixed. They also charged me for filling up the break fluid when I never said that was ok or that I wanted it done but we didn’t know it until we were on the other side of the mountains. Because it took them 2 days to send us our receipt through email, we spent another $100 that we didn’t agree to. The whole time seemed like a waste of time of sitting with no updates. I would not recommend to anyone to go here ever.

Went in to get headlights fixed and was gonna cost me $467 . And had them run diagnostics. They found the problem and service ended up only costing me $127 + tax . I'm definitely using this company from now on

DO NOT COME HERE! This shop is lazy and a waste of your time & money. I came here to have a vehicle inspected before purchasing. They told me the vehicle was “in amazing shape”. All to find out later after a check engine light that my catalytic converter was bad. That means they didn’t plug the scanner up to check for codes - the easiest thing you could do. Cost me $3000! I wouldn’t trust them with my car, and if you don’t believe. Take a look how unprofessional the atmosphere is when you walk in!
