Husband took our car in on Aug. 13th for an appointment to have the brakes changed. Should take a day or 2 max right?...it's been over a week! First they had to drain the fluid "to get the air out". Then they said they needed to order a part. Which they got, but then they broke...so now we have to wait a few more days to have the replacement piece come in for the second time. They have not offered a rental and when asked for one they said "they couldn't do it". Customer service and communication has been extremely poor about it and I'm not happy.

Waited 3 hours for our vehicle to get inspected. We ended up getting our cabin filter to be changed and all 4 tires replaced to new ones. Overall, the customer service from the Frederickson Firestone employees was great and welcoming! Especially the gentleman in the front. (forgot to ask for his name) I believe his name is Brent or I may be wrong.

I’ve been a Firestone customer for many years. For the most part, they’ve done a good job. Over the last year or so I began to suspect that they weren’t doing the work I was paying for. For example, I paid for a tire rotation that they did not do. How do I know? Because the previous time I had them rotate the tires the TPMS sensors were assigned to the wrong tires when they were done. I didn’t fix the issue and when they were supposed to rotate them again the TPMS sensors were still in the wrong location (the same location as prior to the rotation). I recently took my truck in as a test. I had a full inspection and asked for a tire rotation. It marked the tires with white chalk to see if they changed. Firestone said I needed a new engine air filter, cabin air filter, and that was it. So I had them replace the filters and do the rotation. Upon completion, I took my truck to the fleet mechanic I use for my business. I watched him pull out the air filters and unless they come from the factory dirty, there’s no way they were replaced an hour prior. So, I had him do a complete inspection. Turns out, my rear brake pads were at 1mm and the front were at 5mm. Firestone said the front was 7mm and the rear was 5mm. Also, the tires were not rotated. Needless to say, I’m left wondering if they have ever done what I’ve asked. Also, are they purposely telling people their brakes are good to go so more damage happens? Who knows? What I do know is I would not recommend this location to anyone I know and I will never buy anything Firestone makes again. Don’t waste your time replying to me if you represent the company. There’s nothing you can say to me. This is the first one star review I’ve ever left. I usually just go elsewhere when I have a bad experience. However, these people are scamming the community.
