The guy that helped us check in was knowledgeable, helpful and had great costumer service. They said my car would take 3-4 hours. It was done in 2. They were great and I have air in my car again. So I am extremely happy.

Hello, I previously wrote a review about my trouble with this location. I took my car in several times for banging and it turned out to be a engine mount issue and they diagnosed it wrong and fixed the wrong parts (they put new struts and control arm). I'm giving a 5 star review because even though they were not able to fix my car the manager Ed at the front desk was very sweet and they gave me a full refund because the problem was not fixed. They did alot of work on my car and honestly did try. In the end I ended up taking my car to the Ford dealership to get fixed but ended up with a control arm and struts for free. I really appreciate this places professionalism and generosity.
