Took a party of 7 to Firestone Walkers brewery for a late lunch at 330pm on a Thursday. They were setting up for a few events later in the evening but let us go to the barrel room for some privacy and even smash some tables together to make a spot big enough for us. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was awesome.
The burger was great, but the two stars of the meal were the beer flights and the blueberry crumble dessert. I got the mozzarella, bacon fig jam, burger with arugula and it was a unique flavor combo that absolutely worked. Everyone really enjoyed their food, but that cast iron cooked blueberry crumble was just a banger. Highly recommend. If I'm ever back nearby I'm going to try the fish and chips.
