I was not at all surprised to read these same negative reviews that mirrored my exact same experiences. It seems that this store has the culture to humiliate and disregard their customers for years. I went in to purchase a few items for my nieces. I waited at the at the counter ready to check out. When the middle aged lady saw that it was my turn, the employee deliberately disregarded me and moved to look busy elsewhere. Is this the level of customer service we can expect from this store? I would NEVER step into this store again no matter how good their products are, we definitely can find something better elsewhere.

Beautiful store, well organized and displayed, so many things to consider, but little bit expensive.

This is a pretty cool store, it’s a great place to go if you need a gift <$100 and they have tons of cheaper options too. All kinds of neat stuff to browse around through so even if you don’t buy anything it’s a fun experience and worth stopping by.
