Excellent service from First Call Septic. Arrived on time and were great to work with via online scheduling, text updates, and over the phone. Inspection report was very thorough and delivered via email quickly along with a YouTube video explaining everything.

What an awesome example of customer service! My wife was due any day with our baby when we had our septic back up (for a planned home birth, this is quite the problem). Other local companies said it would be a minimum of 30 days to come and do an inspection, with a further wait time if it needed to be pumped. They even had the nerve to suggest we get a hotel for a month while we wait! Unacceptable! Ronnie came out that night, found the problem and got it fixed for us. This is the only company that we'll ever work with for septic needs.

The inspector was helpful at reviewing the system with me and going over what he was looking at and why. Good communication from the service team throughout, and the pumping process was simple. We are appreciative of the solid service!
