Some staff are excellent. Others are incompetent. Communication among staff is exceptionally poor. Record keeping, so that various disciplines know what each other are doing with a patient is very inadequate. I was a former home health nurse, RN and PHN myself for years. I know what quality of care is supposed to be and this agency has a hard time delivering it, despite what appear to be good intentions. They will not move into this century with electronic medical records, keeping all patient data in a cloud (privacy protected) so that intra-staff communication could improve, even though I suggested this. You can do better with a better supervised agency.
