Ian was a rockstar! This was our second time around buying a house but it was after we bought in the 2008 bubble which left us terribly concerned what happened last time might happened again. None of it did and Ian reassured us along each step of the way. He was quick to answer any questions (we had plenty) and was easily accessible. Our process felt like a long one, but through each step, Ian gave great feedback and front loaded us with information so we came into it prepared and armed with knowledge.
