My wife and I recently traded in and purchased a vehicle at First National in Lakewood. We worked with James who was friendly and easy to work with. I was concerned about the bad reviews and JT assured me that I would get good service. He was totally right! All of the guys in the office were very nice and the process was pretty easy. JT was busy helping another customer when I got there, so Felix helped me. Felix was awesome and helped me find a car that fit my budget and personality. I had an unfixable car and then bought one off Craiglist that was lemon so it wasn’t a good week. Felix and JT come off as trustworthy and made me feel really comfortable explaining my situation. The manager was also very kind in answering my questions while I was filling out my paperwork. I highly recommend working with these guys.

These guys are great, especially James, I called with a real need of a car for work. He was so helpful fast and just awesome, he found me a great Jetta that saves me tons in gas and is just so clean and nice. The car looks and drives like new and the process was so easy and fast. I will be buying my next one there and recommending James to everyone that asks me.
