Incredibly rude, I was sent a bill stating I had a past due balance with a late Charge. That bill had already been paid, no big deal, mistakes happen. The lady on the phone was rude from the minute she answered, I explained the bill was paid in full to which she snapped it was late. I gave up on talking to her, she had the dates completely wrong and continued to be rude. I finally said she had a bad attitude and I will deal with someone else. I feel sorry for anyone that has financial issues and needs to deal with this company.
