A neighbor recommended First Quality Pest Control after we experienced one too many ant infestations during the hot summer months. We’ve been customers using their bi-monthly service for decades, and I would never again be without them. Their technicians are courteous, prompt, effective, and respectful of property. Breakthrough issues are rare, but they respond promptly to assist us at no additional cost beyond the bi-monthly fee, which is reasonable and a great value. I am happy to report that First Quality Pest Control has made our home an ant-free zone. As the San Fernando Valley is essentially one giant anthill, this is not a small feat. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Since 2001 when I bought my home, I have been a customer of First Quality Pest Control. The techs have been reliable and responsive. John, the owner is knowledgeable, kind, and caring through all the years of service and concerns I have had about pests in and around my home. Office is reliable in making appointments, scheduling calls, and overall help. Excellent service from a solid company.

When my husband and I discovered a critter we couldn’t identify, I searched online for local businesses and found First Quality. I went based on reviews, and they weren’t wrong! Fred was great and very flexible in scheduling a time to come out. He’s also a nice person whom I am happy to give my business to.
