First visit to this practice today for eye exam, glasses prescription update, and assessment of dry irritated eyes. It is a rarity to find healthcare providers whose support staff are focused on customer experience and service and so it is refreshing to find one that gets it. Kudos to today's receptionist and optical manager for great customer focus as well as Jason Egbert, OD and his optician tech for their careful, thorough, and professional assessment and treatment plan.

Everyone was so very nice and pleasant. Dr. Stephanie does a very thorough job, explains things so I could understand and makes me feel confident and comfortable in my eye care.

I was in and out in 1 hr. Every person that I talked to is super duper friendly and genuinely happy to work there. I laughed so much during the consultation that I told them I will be back every 3 months to get my batteries recharged. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
