Tried to get a tow. Had a horrible time with dispatch. They kept extending my arrival time. Was supposed to be a half hour wait. Bumped to hours later. I was fine with that, Then they tried to add a 100$ convenience fee. For the use of a dolly. After a large argument they took that charge off. Then tried to say that my car may get damaged for a regular tow, and that I was responsible. With no contracts or disclosures signed, legally the tow company is responsible for all damages during a routine tow. They tried to deny this till I read the Washington state tow rights, they didn’t say anything after that, They then gave me a call back an hour later saying they couldn’t tow my car anymore with a really bad reason that sounded made up. After that I requested a refund. They told me their would be a 60$ service charge. After another large argument they reduced this so called service charge down to 9$ even though they didn’t offer me a services. Don’t use this company as you’ll regret it with its horrible dispatch service and it’s horrible refund service.
