Patient experience is horrible. As a new patient, they "forgot" to schedule my initial appointment, and refused to work me in on the day they said they would saying I had to come back "in a few weeks." If this is how they handle their business, I don't want them handling my dental care. Will be going somewhere else.

Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. They scheduled my husband and I as new patients and sent us over a mountain of paperwork. I took the time to fill out their paperwork and get a sitter. When I arrived for my appointment they said they didn’t have us on the schedule and that they were “sorry” they made an error with scheduling but wouldn’t be able to see us for weeks. They were TERRIBLE and absolutely unprofessional. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere!

Dr. Fiscus took over from the best dentist I ever had who retired -- a tough act to follow. After three years of outstanding service from Dr. Fiscus, I can say that he now holds the title: "Best Dentist I Ever Had".
