When I gave birth to my first child a couple of months ago, I was ambitious to connect with other women and get back into my old fitness quickly. But I was quite shocked at how terrible the postpartum care and fitness is for women in the US.That is why I am so incredibly thankful to have found Sally's program. It’s honestly the best postpartum program - I just loved every minute of it. The workouts are wonderfully challenging and really fun at the same time. Exercises gradually improve in difficulty, workouts have just the right amount of length (doable as a mom), they are super effective and safe for women who had a c-section (like me). The program is easy to follow and great structured. Plus: Sally is so positive, energetic and encouraging - I just can’t thank her enough. :)
I took part in the rebuilt course this summer after my c-section. I already did Sally's workout during my pregnancy. The program was great fun and very effective! From week to week, the workouts became more intense. So I always felt appropriately challenged.
I also joined a WhatsApp group with Sally and other moms. We motivated each other and talked about many things - that was super nice!
I particularly liked the fact that the pelvic floor exercises were integrated into the exercises and we were not only „kegelling“. In the 8 weeks we trained and strengthend the whole body - what also makes sense. We carry our babies very often and everything should be strengthened for that!
I feel well healed after the 8 weeks, fitter and I am very happy with my after baby body :)
