Last year, I started training with Dan before I started my first year of college. I wanted to work out with a coach who would help me achieve my fitness goals. However, after meeting Dan, I knew that I was going to gain so much more than just a toned body. Dan not only trained me so that it was ideal for MY body, but he also taught me very valuable tools that I can use during my everyday life. For example, I learned that working out is so much more than just having "a butt and abs"; it has so much more to do with your mindset and attitude. Through Dan, I've learned to have a calmer peace of mind and to actually get excited to work out, as well as eating healthier. Now, I'm about to start my second year of college and I can still say that after training with Dan for two summers, I still learn something knew about myself every time I work out!
