Fitzgerald and Campbell is not to be trusted. Mr. Fitzgerald sweet talked me in the beginning and said he would work aggressively to assist me in a debt settlement matter. He did nothing of the sort. While retained, he merely made a few phone calls and sent out e-mails from the comfort of his office. Then his best advice was for me to contact and seek counsel from other attorneys, without even so much as a referral to a reputable attorney. He closed my file against my wishes and when I called out his inconsistencies and malpractice, I requested a refund. He and his staff acknowledged that a partial refund would be disbursed but now suddenly he and his staff are unavailable to provide an update.

As so many others, my story starts with Covid. As a small business in California, We struggled to survive as the economy went berserk and we did everything we could to stay afloat. That included unfortunately falling prey to some predatory loans being offered by some rather unscrupulous actors. I reached out to Greg and he was one of the kindest and steady human beings I had ever met. He listened carefully and compassionately to all of the details and helped me to see that I had options. His many years of experience was extremely apparent as he laid out a strategy that made me feel capable and supported. I was introduced to Jenn and they worked as a team to keep me well informed yet never pressured. It was always clear they were on my side and looking out for my best interest.
I don't wish this on anyone, but if you find yourself in a similar predicament. I highly recommend these wonderful folks. In this sometimes sketchy world of piranhas Greg and Jenn are interested in really helping people who are in trouble. Thank you both so much! I wish you all the best!
