I get places MIGHT be understaffed but there were 4 employees working at 11:15am on Saturday and we were the only people in line. Other people did come in after us.
We had to ask male manager to turn the music down it was so loud. As he asked his female manager (who couldn't hear him)to turn it down she snapped at him and told him no because she was grilling burgers. We asked again when they gave us our order to turn it down. Employee #5 that just clocked on agreed and turned it down.
The counter where they give us food was very dirty, smudged and greasy....11:15am on Saturday!!
They were out of ice in both freestyle drink stations. No coke or diet coke in one of them.
Hand sanitizer on the wall either was out or just didn't work.
My burger (#3 of 4) was lettuce wrapped and should've have grilled bell pepper, grilled jalapeno and hot sauce on it in addition to other ingredients but none of those ingredients made it in to it. Regardless, my burger was still great!
Regular fries and Cajun fries were great!
But wow, so many things so early in Saturday!
