I unfortunately hit a loose piece of guard rail on i5 and was unable to avoid hitting it. I called around to just about every body shop around Longview and every single one was booked up until end of June or August!! I called five star auto and they had just opened their new shop a few months prior and were trying to build up their appointment book and were open to take my car in the very next day! I obviously was super excited to find a place that I wouldn’t have to wait forever for! I brought my little Honda in and Aaharon (hopefully I spelt that right) was super friendly and was ready to answer all of my questions! I just got my car back and WOW!!!!! I am literally BLOWN away by their service!! Anytime I called someone answered and was able to help me quickly! I even had a previous dent in my driver side fender that had nothing to do with this incident and they popped out the dent and buffed the yellow paint away for me!!! My car is now brand new looking and absolutely gorgeous and I am BEYOND satisfied with my experience with Five Star Auto! I will never go anywhere else!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!!

I’m sorry, I didn’t take before/after photos of the repair to our 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. They did an excellent job replacing the rear bumper. They estimated a week and a half but it was done in four days. Great communication start to finish. They weren’t the lowest estimate, but I felt most confident in the time they took to assess the damage before writing the estimate. Nobody wants to use a body shop more than once, but if I do it’ll be Five Star!

Aharon and the team at Five star auto body in Longview did an amazing job on our 4Runner. We were in a car accident and they managed to get us in within the week and repairs all done in two weeks! The 4Runner looks amazing, they made the whole process absolutely smooth! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
