I've been to a few cleaners in the lake forest/Laguna Hills area and I always keep coming back to this one because of the quality and care. I've been coming here for 10 years and I'm never disappointed. I recently learned that they changed ownership but it still remains in the family. The new guy, sorush, makes an effort to remember my name and makes an effort to have small talk. His mom also works with him and she’s always smiling and greeting me too. They didn’t let go of their older employees which is why it still remains great. They haven't changed prices or made any changes which makes me happy! I brought a white dress that the fabric in the front was ruined and needed to be conditioned. I took it to a cleaners in Laguna Woods area and couldn't do anything about it but brought it to five star cleaners after and made it looking brand new. I also gave them my satin shirt with a lot of beverage splash marks and they removed it off this difficult fabric.

They did a great job on a fast turnaround alteration and dry cleaning they moved a button for free. I was very happy with the service. I'm a perfectionist so I appreciate other perfectionists this dry cleaner definitely got all the details right.
